Aviation & Airworthiness Disclaimer

Version 1.0 · Effective September 15, 2026

Clear Skies MX is not the FAA, an aircraft manufacturer, a maintenance provider, an inspection authority, an airworthiness authority, or a substitute for a certificated mechanic, inspection authorization holder, repair station, pilot, aircraft owner, or operator exercising independent judgment.

Clear Skies MX does not determine, represent, warrant, or certify that an aircraft is airworthy, safe for flight, properly maintained, legally compliant, or authorized for operation.

Maintenance status displays, green check marks, aircraft health indicators, reminders, inspection dates, hour calculations, Airworthiness Directive information, flight data, and other status indicators are organizational and informational aids only.

Aircraft owners, operators, pilots in command, and appropriately certificated maintenance personnel remain responsible for determining applicable maintenance and inspection requirements, reviewing original aircraft records and approved data, verifying Airworthiness Directive applicability and compliance, and determining whether an aircraft may legally and safely be operated.

Never rely solely upon Clear Skies MX to make a go/no-go, return-to-service, maintenance, inspection, regulatory-compliance, or airworthiness decision.
