Aircraft Data Retention Policy

When an aircraft is removed from an active Clear Skies MX account, aircraft-specific records associated with that aircraft may be retained for up to 30 days to permit recovery, export, account administration, billing reconciliation, security review, or restoration where available.

After the applicable retention period, aircraft-specific data scheduled for deletion may be permanently removed from active Clear Skies MX systems, subject to backup cycles, legal obligations, fraud prevention, security requirements, and records Clear Skies MX is required or permitted by law to retain.

Users should export and maintain their own copies of records they wish to preserve before removing an aircraft or terminating service.
