Information may be processed by service providers supporting functions such as authentication, cloud hosting, storage, payment processing, communications, analytics, and aviation-data integrations.

Clear Skies MX does not sell users’ aircraft maintenance records or uploaded aircraft documents as a product. Information may be disclosed when necessary to provide requested services, comply with law, protect users or Clear Skies MX, investigate misuse or security incidents, or as otherwise described in applicable privacy notices.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have authority to upload, store, process, or share information submitted to Clear Skies MX.
