Clear Skies MX provides aircraft recordkeeping, maintenance tracking, reminders, document storage, flight information, and related informational tools. The service is a supplemental organizational resource and is not a substitute for official aircraft records, approved maintenance data, regulatory requirements, or professional aviation judgment.

By creating an account, maintaining a subscription, adding an aircraft, or using Clear Skies MX, you agree to these Terms and applicable policies presented by Clear Skies MX.

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, and suitability of information entered, uploaded, imported, or maintained through your account and for maintaining appropriate independent copies of aircraft records and documents.

Clear Skies MX does not provide legal, regulatory, engineering, maintenance, inspection, operational, or airworthiness advice and does not replace appropriately certificated aviation professionals.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Clear Skies MX and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of use, loss of data, loss of profits, aircraft damage, personal injury, or other losses arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance upon the service, except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Clear Skies MX does not warrant that calculations, reminders, integrations, imported data, availability, or other service functions will always be complete, accurate, current, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Clear Skies MX may revise these Terms as the service changes. When a material revision requires renewed consent, users may be required to accept the updated agreement before continuing to use affected portions of the service.
